Only healthy and professional manpower can be guaranteed proper mobilization of projects. Therefore, we have adopted the below mentioned recruitment policy.
We have to obtain the necessary permission from the Govt. of Pakistan by submitting the required documents received from the employers. Openings for all position with complete job specifications will be published in leading newspapers.
B) Panel Board
All applications received will be subject to a pre-screen prior to submitting to the Panel Board.
The Panel Board comprising of qualified personnel from various fields will be responsible for ascertaining the best candidates for our valued clients for necessary interviews.
D) Technical Trade Test
A fully equipped Trade Test Center is available for the purpose of testing the technical knowledge of the candidates among other things. This test will be conducted in the presence of the respective clients or their representatives.
Individual files will be maintained for all selected candidates, which will contain the following particulars.
(i) Original Passport. (iv) Copy of the medical test Report.
(ii) Employment Agreement. (v) Trade Test Reports for Technical Candidates.
(iii) 8 Photographs. (vi) Educational & Experience Certificates
